Patrick Haenel
Patrick is our BreakAway IT Founder and President. He is responsible for operations, solution delivery, and business development.
Prior to BreakAway IT, Patrick served as a Services Account Executive for Insight (NSIT) covering the Northern California market on the Enterprise Connected Workforce Team. Patrick was successful in selling professional and managed services around the Microsoft portfolio to Fortune 500 companies.
Before Insight, Patrick served as an Account Executive for Provision Networks, a connectivity solution provider with a specialty in healthcare wireless LAN.
During his 7-year time selling technology solutions, Patrick noticed a reoccurring challenge that both Fortune 500 and medium-size businesses were experiencing. While business IT footprints are continuing to grow more and more complex, the workforce is becoming less productive even with an increase in tools to work both in and out of the office.
This is ultimately holding businesses back from achieving their goals.
Patrick founded BreakAway IT for business owners to break away from their competitors, efficiently manage their business, and increase year over year revenue.
Outside of his passion for business technology, Patrick enjoys spending time with his wife Kaleigh & daughter Tatum, competing in Ironman triathlons, and golfing.
